Riverside 2021

 

Michelle will be hosting a 10 week Black Truffle collaboration between 8 Riverside outlets

Starting 1st Week of June 2021

 

04th June to 8th August in conjunction with a number of Riverside Markets presenting new dishes on their menus showcasing the Perigord Black Truffle. Pop up tastings of Fresh Truffle, Truffle Butter, Truffle Vegan Spread, Truffle Pate’, Truffle Honey, Truffle Concentrate for Olive Oil.

 

Demonstrations: Every Sunday plus in July a North Island Artisan Cheese maker.

 

We are still in negotiation with a number of Restaurants that the Sassy Salt Lady supplies but expect to add these into the program, our fb page and web site very soon
